Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card lives in the Apple or Google Wallet already on every phone. Adding it takes one tap, no install or account needed.
How quickly can I get started?
Your page and card are live within a few clicks. You don't need to install or code anything — we set it up for you.
What does it cost?
Basic is free, forever — review card, loyalty, and booking with a monthly limit. Pro is €30/month excl. VAT and removes every limit. You start with 1 month of free Pro either way, whichever button you use.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start right away with 1 month of full Pro access, no card details needed.
What happens after that free month?
Nothing breaks. You move to the free Basic plan and its limits automatically, unless you choose to keep Pro. Anything you already set up keeps working.
What happens to my customers' data?
It stays in your own dashboard and is never shared with other businesses.
Can I choose which features are active?
Yes. In your dashboard you switch each module — loyalty, bookings, WiFi, notifications — on or off individually, exactly the way you want.
Does the card work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. The card works in both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Your customer uses their own phone — you don't need to change anything.
Do I have to send notifications myself, or is it automatic?
Both are possible. Notifications like an almost-earned reward or a returning customer go out automatically. You can also send a message yourself at any time to a specific audience.
